Grooved Elbows

90° Elbow

Standard grooved-end 90° elbow for directional change in fire protection and HVAC piping systems.

90° Reducing Elbow

Combines 90° directional change with pipe size reduction in a single fitting.

45° Elbow

Grooved-end 45° elbow for gentle directional changes, reducing friction loss in the system.

90° END-ALL Elbow

Specialized 90° elbow with end connection, designed for specific system configurations.

Grooved Tees & Crosses

Tee

Standard grooved-end equal tee for branching piping runs at 90° angles.

Reducing Tee

Grooved tee with reduced branch outlet for connecting smaller branch lines to main runs.

Reducing Tee with Female Thread

Grooved reducing tee with a threaded female branch outlet for threaded connections.

Cross

Four-way grooved fitting for connecting four pipes at right angles in a single junction.

Grooved Couplings

Rigid Coupling

Provides a rigid, non-flexible joint. Ideal where system rigidity and alignment are required. Prevents angular deflection.

Angle Pad Coupling

Designed for use on angled or tapered pipe sections where standard couplings cannot be applied.

Reducing Coupling

Connects two different pipe sizes in a rigid configuration without separate reducer fittings.

Flexible Coupling

Allows limited angular deflection, contraction, and expansion. Absorbs vibration and compensates for thermal movement.

Mechanical Tees & Outlets

U-Bolt Mechanical Tee

Branch outlet fitting secured with U-bolts. Enables branch connections without cutting or welding the main pipe.

Mechanical Tee Grooved Outlet

Mechanical tee with grooved branch outlet for connecting grooved-end branch piping.

Mechanical Tee Threaded Outlet

Mechanical tee with threaded branch outlet for threaded branch connections.

Mechanical Cross Grooved Outlet

Mechanical cross fitting with grooved outlets for four-way branch connections.

Mechanical Cross Threaded Outlet

Mechanical cross with threaded branch outlets for threaded four-way connections.

Grooved Reducers

Grooved Eccentric Reducer

Flat on one side for horizontal installations requiring proper drainage or air venting. Grooved ends.

Grooved Concentric Reducer

Both ends share the same centreline. Used where drainage is not a concern. Grooved-end connection.

Reducing Cross

Four-way grooved fitting with one or more reduced outlets for mixed-size branch connections.

Grooved Concentric Reducer with Female Thread

Concentric reducer with one grooved end and one female threaded end for hybrid connections.

Caps, Flanges & Accessories

Cap

Grooved end cap for terminating pipe runs. Provides a sealed, pressure-tight closure at pipe ends.

Flange Adaptor

Converts a grooved-end pipe connection to a flanged connection for interfacing with flanged equipment.

Split Flange

Two-piece flange assembly for grooved piping. Allows easy installation and removal without moving pipe.

Material & Coating Specifications

Ductile Iron
